What will I need for Singpass verification?

How do I verify my account on Outside using Singpass?
Users can verify their identities by using the MyInfo service (login via SingPass). Follow these steps to verify your identity:
- Under the profile tab, select “Singpass”, “Retrieve MyInfo”, then “Verify identity via Singpass”. You will be redirected to log in to your Singpass account.
- Singpass will request for permission to retrieve your basic information such as NRIC, Name, Sex, Date of Birth. Email, Mobile Number, and Registered Address.
- You will also have to provide consent to share the data with Outside App to proceed.
- Once done, your profile page should reflect a red tick beside the Singpass icon.
