Badges
- There are 3 tiers of badges, bronze, silver and gold awarded to Agents.
- These badges are awarded based on the number of jobs the Agent completed in each job category
- Hence, an agent with a gold badge indicates a high level of experience in the job category
If you feel strongly that the agent you hired is insufficiently qualified, do reflect it in the feedback that you leave for the agent after the job is completed.
