We understand that emergencies and last-minute conflicts occur; therefore, if you’re unable to make it to a job, we ask that you cancel your job in the app as quickly as possible. Letting us know you won’t be able to work your scheduled job ahead of time helps us to find a replacement for clients that are depending on a reliable professional to get much-needed work done.
Do note that cancelling jobs too often will decrease your community rating and result in an account ban.
How to cancel a confirmed job
Go to the confirmed tab under job manager, and select the job you wish you cancel. Select the three dots on the top right of the screen.

Select “I can’t make it for this job“

Select “Cancel shift“

Provide a valid reason for cancelling the shift, and provide any attachments if necessary before selecting “Cancel shift“

We evaluate your cancellations through the app so while you may feel like writing to our support team about your cancellation, doing so will delay our ability to get back to you. Again, we strongly recommend that you cancel through the app rather than writing to our support team.
