My agent submitted an overtime request, what does this mean?

By default, agents who have checked out later than the specified job timing will have a prompt to confirm whether they had worked overtime, or if they had mistakenly checked out late.

After they have submitted the request, you will be able to review the reasons for overtime and reject or approve their request.

How to approve or reject an overtime request

You will receive a notification, and an alert on your homepage to indicate that a request has been submitted. By selecting them, you will be directed to the job manager

Select the agent card with the overtime check out to-do

After reviewing the information provided, you are able to reject or approve the request

Please ensure that all overtime requests are managed responsibly and fairly. Outside reserves the right to overwrite the approval of requests if any valid discrepancies arise.
