Reporting the issue in the app

Select the wallet icon on the navigation bar, and select “View all

Select the “Pending” tab

Select the affected transaction

Select the three dots icon on the top right

Select “Report

Select “Transaction issues

Select the appropriate reason for the report

Provide the relevant details and attachments for the report before submitting
