Outside takes no-shows very seriously. With our community rating in place, it reduces the chances of Agents cancelling the job or not appearing for the job at the last minute. If this happens, Agents would be penalised in their community rating, disallowing them to instantly book shifts.
Agents with multiple no-shows will have their accounts banned.
