Outside has to-do lists for each job to guide the agents. If you are unable to find a template to match your operation needs, reach out to the Outside team at help@outside.sg.
As agents work on the job, you will receive progress updates along with additional proof (such as images) to ensure that the job is being completed correctly. You can also communicate with the agent in real-time through the chat function.
Finally, you will be able to leave reviews for the agents after each job is complete. As reviews directly impact the community rating of each agent, it is important to leave accurate reviews to ensure that businesses on Outside can find suitable agents to complete their jobs.
