Outside provides clients with an auto-assign feature during the job posting process to enable instant hire for agents to instantly book shifts without going through the offer process.
Their eligibility is determined by 2 factors:
1) Minimally a bronze badge for the job’s category
2) Community rating above 90
Otherwise, clients can pick which Agents they want for each shift. Clients can also use the profile badges and community ratings as indicators to guide their choice of Agents.
