How do I report an issue?

You are able to file a report directly on the application, or send us an email at help@outside.sg.

If you haven’t already checked out the articles available on our help centre, we encourage you to do a quick article search to check if the answers you’re looking for can be found!

To ensure that all our agents experience the best support experience possible, here are some useful tips to help us solve your problems quicker:

  1. If you’re facing technical problems on the app, make sure that you’re on the latest version of the app and try out these troubleshooting steps.
  2. If you’re having problems dealing with a client, or a job that is inappropriate, here is how you can report a client or a job.
  3. If you simply have an idea or a suggestion to improve our app, we want to hear anything and everything from our community that will help us solve problems and continuously improve the Outside app.


Submitting a request on the Outside application

Select the profile icon on the navigation bar, scroll down and select “Support

Let us know why you’re reporting, and provide as many details as possible and attachments (if necessary)
