Badges are awarded based on how many jobs you have completed in the category. There are 4 tiers of badges available for Outside agents to obtain, black, bronze, silver, and gold.
Instant booking is only unlocked when you have obtained a bronze badge in the relevant job category (having completed at least 5 jobs in the same category).
Earning badges is vital to building your profile, as it serves as an indicator to clients of how experienced you are for this job category.
