How is the community rating calculated?
The community rating is derived from the agent’s job completion rate and behavioural score.
Once the community rating falls below 90, Agents will not be able to instantly book shifts. And going beneath 70 will result in a temporary account suspension. For scores below 50, the Agent’s account will be placed under review by the Outside team.
The community rating will be visible on an Agent’s profile once they have completed at least 5 jobs.
Every agent starts with a perfect score of 100. However, there are different situations where the behavioural score will increase or decrease.
Job completion rate
The job completion rate is affected by the number of jobs completed, and the number of jobs that were marked as incomplete.
