Outside has a community rating system in place, where factors such as their behaviour, and job completion rate are considered in our unique algorithm. This helps in your decision-making process, where you can avoid agents with previous no-shows, lateness or behavioural issues during the job.
Additionally, there are also badges awarded to Agents for each job category. The more jobs completed by the Agent in the specific category, the higher the tier of badge awarded to them.
There is also a last layer of security for SingPass verification before agents can send offers for the jobs.
